On your first burn of your candle allow it to burn 3-4hrs to make sure it reaches a full wax pool.
Wax pool is when your candle has burned and the wax touches all edges of your candle vessel.
If tunneling continuing proceed to burn candle in increments of 3-4 hours and trim your wick 1/4” before every burn.
